Bookura ("we", "us") provides a booking platform for service businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it — whether you're a business owner using Bookura or a customer booking through a Bookura-powered page.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email), business profile data you provide, and appointment data (customer name, email, phone, booking times) submitted through booking pages. We do not process or store payment information — Bookura is not a payment processor.

How we use it

To operate the booking platform: creating and managing appointments, sending transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations), and — with explicit connection — syncing appointments to Google or Outlook Calendar.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. Customers can request deletion of their booking history by contacting the business they booked with, or Bookura directly.
